A small wheel of Brie is usually on hand in my fridge – as well as multiple boxes of frozen puff pastry in the freezer. Why? I love having key simple ingredients in supply that makes it so easy to whip up something delicious if friends stop by for a little visit. This baked Brie is the perfect solution. Pair it perfectly with a super-chilled bottle of Chardonnay (that I always have in good supply too!).
