Nora traces her creative throughline all the way back to being seven years old, quietly observing her mom at work.  That early influence, along with mentors like Ralph Lauren, shaped both her design philosophy and the brand she’d eventually build in her own name.

Joan and Nora talk candidly about starting over after a corporate identity ends, the fear of putting your own name on your work, and what it really takes to build something meaningful step by step rather than overnight.
