As BBQ season heats up, here’s a good little snippet to keep in mind when grilling assorted vegetables – cook like veggies on their own skewers. Thin-skinned grape tomatoes grill up much faster than sturdy red bell peppers and onions. By doing this, each type of vegetable can be cooked to their best without burning the rest. Perfect grilled kabobs every time!
