1 or 2 heads of fennel, thinly sliced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
Sprinkle of Herbs de Provence
Small sprinkle of cooking lavender
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Mix and serve in a decorative bowl right alongside a well-stocked cheese board—it’ll be a favorite!
Note: If you’re looking for a little more salt, add olives or sun-dried tomatoes.
