Every time I have guests coming for dinner, the menu is the first thing we create, and the flowers for the table are a close second. My local grocery store always has a fabulous assortment of cut flowers (people are always amazed at this statement), and so often bunches of classic roses are the most beautiful. Using multiple La Rochere juice glasses filled with room temperature water, I cut the stems short and fit a bunch of 3 blooms per glass, and spread the glasses of gorgeous roses down the table. So lovely.
