2 slices of country bread, lightly toasted

2 tablespoons of mayo

2 lettuce leaves

1 tomato cut ¼-½ inch slices

1 or 2 slices of smoked bacon, cooked crisp

Pinch of kosher salt


Lightly toast the slices of bread.

Slather a tablespoon of mayo on each slice.

Now start layering: a leaf of lettuce; the tomatoes, sprinkled with salt; the bacon; another leaf of lettuce; and the other slice of bread. Cut in half and skewer with a toothpick to keep this delicious bite together!
