Yay! Vintage College Crepe Paper Pennants

I stumbled upon these vintage handmade pennants at an antiques show. It was love at first sight. They made me smile. Each one is hand cut from crepe paper into long flowing pennants with the names of 6 states cut from red and blue construction paper and secured with old thumbtacks onto wooden sticks are the names: New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. A fun way to decorate your tailgate or your mantel! Truly a one of a kind!
