Elegant and refined. When I spotted this gorgeous hat, I fell in love with its beautiful, clean form and fabulous Navy Blue color. The rim has some sort of boning that gives the brim soft structure and support to keep it from sloppy flopping. I found the perfect matching blue and cream striped vintage ribbon (from the Ribbon District in NYC), and simply tied it into a bow.
