This authentic mid-20th century blown glass fishing float measuring 6 inches in diameter, and is encased in original hand-tied rope netting and finished with a 2.25-inch iron hanging ring. The glass sphere displays a soft smoky translucence, while the rope has developed a beautifully aged khaki patina. The iron ring retains natural oxidation consistent with maritime use.
