A sweet ancient treasure. I’ve had this little treasure of a box forever. I love the19th c. hand colored engraving of the little girl in her Rosey Pink dress, brass buckled shoes, and holding a wide brimmed hat with a big fluffy feather. She’s posed next to a fringed upholstered bench and is standing in a portico that is open to the vast gardens below. After all these years, this little box still remains in its “as found condition”.
