Simply stunning. Found in North Carolina on a trip back from Charleston, this fantastic piece caught my eye immediately. Cast of solid concrete, the surface is quite smooth. The fish are quite dimensional in relief within the oval framework and form. It has a metal loop on the back for hanging. This is a “wow” statement piece!
