Tartanware is the name given to wood objects covered in tartan papers and sold as Scottish souvenirs. Scotland has always drawn tourists because of the natural beauty of the area. This beautiful rich red glass holder box has a wood base covered in Stuart tartan paper. The inside once held a single etched drinking glass. This little beauty is a true and useful gem!
