Seaweed Soap Dish & Sea Kelp Soap

Color and pattern. Originally made to be a sushi plate, this vintage Imari Japanese porcelain was hand painted in Hong Kong, and now works beautifully as a generous soap dish. I love its unusual form, textured surface, and detailed hand painted seaweed pattern, with stylized floral accents. A pretty gilded rope textured edging completes the look. A large Sea Kelp Soap made by The Scottish Fine Soaps Company, Scotland, completes the package. Love.
