Warm and wooly. The Stewart clan’s tartans are probably my favorite tartans to collect – they’re so recognizable and such a classic! This Royal Stewart tartan throw caught my eye and my hand at the same time. I love the rich red ground as the foundation for the mellowed primary color way of the plaid itself. The thickly twisted fringe was a close second! As far as the hand, it’s thick and soft. A most lovely find.
