Unique and truly a one-of-a-kind! This lovely is from my collection of reproduction, artisan-made red ware pieces that I found at the Wilton CT Craftsmanship Show. If you’ve ever been, you’ll agree that the quality of Americana crafts that were found there were so outstanding. Handmade and signed by R. Shaeff, the Pennsylvania potter has also written: “I speak what is true and drink what is clear.” Henry Troxel, 1801, Hanover Township, Montgomery County, PA. Love it!
