Pure and honest. I love the height of this wonderful old splint basket, as well as its rectangular shape. It has a hinged wood handle, and wood base. This is quite a sturdy piece! Tiny old nails are in the top band. A great piece to carry wine in, or place a container inside and add a bunch of flowers like I did in the photo! Such a versatile piece!
