Nantucket Quilt

Nantucket charm. My friend Barbara enjoyed this lovely for years on Nantucket (one of her favorite places – as it’s mine!). The white on white cotton fabric and threads outline a sunflower motif in the center encircled with stitched leaf wreaths and diamond quilting throughout the main field. A wide border highlights garlands of running vine. This stunning piece fis my Guest Bedroom’s full size bed perfectly. What a beautiful piece to enjoy year round – whether as a bed covering, folded at the foot of a bed, on an ottoman or sofa…or even hung on the wall as a striking piece of textile art! Love.
