Bold scale & soft color from a Connecticut estate. The moment I set eyes on Melissa’s Pink Willow Staffordshire Transferware platter, it was its scale (18.5”L x 14”W) that made me go “Oh!”. Then followed with a longer “Ohhhh…” when I took note of the Asian pattern, the soft pink coloration, and the third “ohhhh…” was exclaimed when the lion stamped hallmark was revealed on the back! So as you can clearly see, this piece is super exceptional! This piece is in beautiful condition – complete with 2 holes in the back for easy wire threading for hanging (if you wish). Stunning.
