I found this charming pair of ticking cases at a local antiques show from a good textile dealer. I fell in love with them immediately! First of all, I’m a sucker for ticking stripes, and this one is a soft washed denim blue ticking stripe on a creamy ground. Super soft cotton hand with light as a feather ties. But what made these cases so extra special is the handwritten in ink name of the original owner, Miss Mary E. Burg. This sweet pair would make lovely additions to your bed or sofa.
