An honest basket. May have been originally used to harvest potatoes, this beautiful basket has graced my country house for a long time. I was drawn to the hearty rounded shape, the beautiful workmanship of the weaving (notice the braiding on the underside!), the hand carved wood handle and the weathered driftwood coloration of the splint. Use for holding towels, throw blankets, kindling and firewood, or take along to your kitchen garden’s harvest. Love.
