My beloved Paris Flea Market find. On a cold dark winter afternoon, combing the stalls and shops of the renowned Paris Flea Market, I came upon this gorgeous, happy pop of Bittersweet Red color. It was an early French Bread Basket. It is a beautiful French tole piece with a hand painted and stenciled interior of gilded pomegranates, flowers and leaves. The exterior is painted black. Its shapely form is truly stunning!
