I’m always on the lookout for interesting bowls and dishes, so when it comes to freshening the look in my Powder Room, I like simple touches: a pretty soap dish and soap, vintage towels, and a little potted topiary or small bunch of flowers. This sweet porcelain beauty is a sweetly-scaled Chinese porcelain platter that features a pair of cute birds in flight. I’ve also added one of my favorite fine Italian soaps as the finishing touch.
