Bells Rocky Coast

A life in small things. This old iron doorstop is so unique with its painting depicting the sea, its rocky coast, and a lighthouse. So much detail is found in this one painting that has a very practical purpose – and that is a doorstop! (Formerly a 19th c. iron!) More intricate hand painting of tiny flowers is found on the handle and the iron’s perimeter. Just such a unique find…I could not resist! (What a thoughtful housewarming gift this would make!)
