Seaside garden. I adore Rosa Rugosa shrubs. Their hardiness as a shrub with the simplest of hot pink blooms that are just so fragrant had captured my heart long ago. Maybe the memory of them growing out of the sand at the Cape Cod beaches may have something to do with it. I always include them in my garden plans. So when I spotted this vintage photo of them along a sand dune, it was a “have to have” moment. I also especially love the elongated format of the photograph along with the fabulous greyed driftwood frame. Perfect piece for that sliver of wall space that needs a little special something!
