Textiles that improve with age. That’s what this antique towel is all about. The old faded blue found at both ends is just so beautiful! A field of woven damask small medallions and a center medallion – all just a raised weave of the ground cloth – is so subtle and elegant. The criss-cross knotting of the fringed ends of this largely scaled towel are truly stunning details. This lovely has about 7 tiny holes in the field, but does not detract from the overall look and use.
