Using unusual artifacts as wall décor is just plain fun. I found this vintage oar on one of my trips to the Brimfield Antique Flea Market and fell in love with its scale and gorgeous robin’s egg blue color. Relatively easy to find at flea markets, old oars are an affordable, alternative way to add a bit of whimsy and dimension to your walls.
