One of our favorite recipes, and a big hit at Connecticut Country House, was inspired by the fabulous guacamole made tableside at Rosa Mexicano in NYC. We make ours at home, using an authentic lava stone molcajete. Just a few simple ingredients mixed together and you’ve got one amazing dip.
