Grilling veggies. We’ve created “beautiful to look at” skewers over the years that had just the perfect balance of alternating veggie and meat. As lovely as they were in presentation on the plates, unfortunately there’d be elements underdone and overdone. We learned our lesson; peppers cook at a whole different rate than onions! Keeping each skewer to one kind of veggie or meat cooks everything perfectly every time.
