Lookin’ good all seasons. The effect is weathered and wonderfully worn. I love adding pieces to my decor that have character…a feeling for the past. This little 19th c. beauty has just that. The wood frame has a “make-do with what you have to work with” look of pieced old molding made “fancier” by giving it curves, and old pressed metal rosette buttons. It’s a little wonky because of its age, and the mirror has so much fabulous character. I’ve added a thick jute twine onto the back for hanging where there must have originally been one. I just love it exactly as it is!
