Beautiful elements. It makes me so happy when I see two elements come together as if they always had been. That’s the story with the Mademoiselle. I had found this antique French postcard that at first glance had such grace and elegance – in a very understated way.
Then a very crusty gilded frame that she fits perfectly into, and the gilded skyline on her skirt’s hem matches the gilding of the frame! And it’s in that pop of red of her apron that really is the perfect finishing touch!
