Personality plus. I love looking for serving utensils that have personality. They add so much to whatever I’m serving. In this case, Carson’s handmade knife is perfect for changing up a cheese board! The handle is handcrafted from bone, carved and etched. The blade is also hand cut from a flexible white metal that is now wonderfully worn, and is held in place inside the handle with old nails and wrapped wire. Truly a one-of-a-kind!
