Rustic, yet refined. This cast iron dish – complete with a sweet bird perched at the edge – has the prettiest shell shape, and happens to fit a round fabulously scented soap so perfectly. I love the wonderful painted finish and patina of this iron piece. The Lavender scented soap is from one of my favorite soap makers, La Florentina, Casa Fondata, est.1894, Italy. A beautiful pairing.
