All antique weathervanes point to Brimfield this week.  That’s right – the Grand Pubah, the Grand Dame, the Head Honcho of antique shows – the Brimfield Antique Show really is the biggest outdoor antiques show in the world (and that’s a fact) kicks off tomorrow, Tuesday, May 14th and packs it all up on Sunday, May 19th.  My two favorite fields: Hertan’s Antiques Show opens at noon on Wednesday, and J&J Promotions opens Friday morning at 8 a.m.  But believe me, I will be weaving through everything else in between!  For more information, see http://www.brimfieldshow.com.

I’ll be traveling in a pack, scoping out fabulous finds to offer you on my new website (scheduled to launch this summer).  It’s in the thrill of the hunt at Brimfield that gives each and every find a story, and makes buying and owning a one-of-a-kind that much more special. Can’t wait.

“I collect antiques.  Why?  Because they’re beautiful.” – Broderick Crawford (1911-1986)

Happy Hunting!

Love, Nora

…Oh my, this makes me weak in the knees. :o)

…I too love antique hunting and just went to a show in Maeystown, Ill. last weekend and scored three antique hooked rugs. I purchased them with the intent to sell two of them but now I’m undecided as to which two! Such a decision! [giggle]

…Enjoy Nora! Can’t wait to see the treasures!

    …Peace & blessings. :o)
