French Apple Tart is hands down my favorite dessert. It’s so easy to make, delicious, and looks so rustically beautiful. So when Tracy Furey, the executive producer of WFSB’s Better Connecticut asked what I would like to share for their program just before Thanksgiving, this tart immediately came to mind. All you need is a package of frozen puff pastry, apples, sugar, butter, and apricot preserves. That’s it! I was very excited to show Better Connecticut’s co-host, Scot Haney, just how easy it is to make…and how heavenly it really does taste!

After watching the video, you can find the recipe right here!

Happy Thanksgiving dear friends!

Love, Nora

Nora, it was fun to see this pretty tart in the making and hear the crunch at tasting. I thinking this would be a really fun and easy assembly for young chefs. Don’t you?
    Happy feasting.
